This week's episode is all about resilience and how whether we can see it or not, everyone has their own struggle.

We are elated to be joined this week by Bonnee Gregg, founder and partner in The Breathing Room Yoga & Psycle in Red Deer. 👏🏻

Bonnee is a true visionary who sought out the perfect business partner and together, they built a transformative studio & space that still sets their souls on fire - even 13 years later. She's also the co-founder of Red Deer's 'Lip Sync Battle' held annually in support of their local Outreach Centre which recently raised over $200,000 in its 7th year.

She is a wife, Mom and breast cancer survivor who is navigating each day led by her passion and purpose found in yoga. Bonnee shares openly about the struggles in managing it all and provides an inside look into how she handles the tough stuff.

Stay tuned to the end for an exciting update from her family and some words to remember that will no doubt make your mind 🤯.

With all our love, light & gratitude,

Lynsey & Justine
