Their relationship began in the 1990s after Mamdouh emigrated from Egypt, but years later it deteriorated when he secretly married a second wife in Egypt. Fearing the loss of her security and inheritance, Nermin allegedly devised a calculated plan to kill Mamdouh. She murdered him, dismembered his body with a chainsaw, and gradually disposed of the remains over an eleven-month period. During this time, she sold his assets and attempted to erase evidence of the crime by renovating their blood-stained home. The case unraveled when authorities discovered Mamdouh’s scattered remains.
