Lorna Shaw is the User Education and Knowledge Manager at financial services firm Blackrock.  In her role as User Education and Knowledge Manager, she leads on the education and knowledge management around their upcoming migration from on-premises to Microsoft Cloud (Exchange Online) and Outlook Mobile, delivering an integrated and better user experience for colleagues.
