The Spirit of EARTH

Another episode dedicated to an element...this time Earth.  I talk about what an Earthy personality is like.  Ways to use the knowledge of the elements combined with your intuition.  I recommend the film, Fantastic Fungi which is on point with the subject of the Earth element and its healing properties. Anchoring positive emotions using the Earth - its a whole thing and I describe it in this episode as well.
