The Summer Solstice

“Solstice” comes from the Latin word ‘sol’ meaning ‘sun’ and ‘sistere’ meaning ‘to make stand’.  Cultures all over the world through time and space have celebrated this day as one of the most spiritual and powerful.In this episode Carla and Little Leah travel back through time to Stonehenge, Chichen Itza, the Temple of Karnak among others to share how the Solstice was observed.
