The Three Poor Players Series Preview

from Bankside Arts Collective · host banksidereptheatre

We’re really excited to finally be launching this new series  - The Three Poor Players.  This episode today gives Jason, Chris, and me a chance to introduce ourselves and give kind of a 30,000 foot view of what we hope this series will be and do. Each of us are theatre makers  - actors, directors and teachers - with nearly 50 years of experiecne between the 3 of us. And over the years, regardless of how far apart we are geogrpahically, we have stayed in touch and continued to bounce ideas about the work off of each other -  and this podcast is our latest hair-brained idea. I want to call particular attention to something Chris shares in this preview episode - a quote from Ira Glass - and, while Chris uses it to illustrate a different point  - I think it also speaks to what we’re launching with this. Our thanks to the Bankside Arts Collective for hosting The Three Poor Players - we hope you come back for more! Enjoy! (The Three Poor Players was conceived, created, and produced by Jason Pasqua, Chris Will, and John O'Hagan. Please rate and review us, leave comments, or reach out to us at [email protected]. Music for this episode is by Yurii Semchyshyn and WaveMaster at Pixabay.)
