Luca and Jeff discuss the "Three Ways of Devops", which are principles underlying the Devops movement that were coined by the authors of "The Phoenix Project" and "The Devops Handbook". Unsurprisingly, we think these principles are extremely useful in embedded systems development, and we find that they are better defined and have clearer implications than the overloaded term "Agile".
