In today's episode of Communities Unite I am joined with Alannah & Jennie who return on the podcast after about a year. Both have Crohn's and a Stoma and both are Mother's. We all have a catch up how we are doing, and Jennie and Alannah are both friends in the IBD community, we talk about The Threshold of pain with Crohn's and how not every is visible and the use of a toilet. Sharing personal experiences Jennie talks about her Skydive in 2014 before her Crohn's diagnosis and I talk mine earlier this year.
