In Hour 3, Todd kicks off the hour talking about criticism levelled at the government over pandemic programing.  Todd also discusses  the number of children that use foodbanks in Canada, has a discussion with Minister Brendan Maguire on school lunch program, and has a discussion with the President of NSGEU Sandra Mullen on a food services contract at NSCC
