Today you get just me. Fear and rejection have been my constant shadow companions for a long time. They are there hovering over my shoulder and I am learning to welcome them in, to let go of my resistance to them. I am learning to welcome them as valuable parts of myself.  This is a vulnerable look at the ways in which we reject ourselves to avoid external rejection, the harm that causes and how we can move to loving ourselves first, rather than rejecting our true self out of a deep desire for self protection.  I hope you can feel the love and care in this episode friends.
