The Value of Incorporating Our Kids Into Our Entrepreneurship w/Avi Arya

from The Boss Mom Podcast

It is common to think that starting your own business will take time away from your children, but many of the most accomplished entrepreneurs will tell you that nothing is more fulfilling than taking the entrepreneurial journey with their children.  It's a powerful opportunity for us to create something that is special and valuable, while also teaching our kids powerful tools like resilience, problem-solving, creativity, and discipline.  By building a business with them, we give our families something they will carry with them well into adulthood. I'm joined today by a father who has done just that, along with his two daughters.  How did they create a business as a family? What are the most valuable lessons they've learned along the way? How can we create an entrepreneurial environment in our homes, especially with lockdowns? In this episode, I talk to Avi Arya and his daughters Raya and Aviana who share their incredible story.   What you create with your family creates long-lasting value. -Avi Arya    3 Things We Learned From This Episode   How entrepreneurship teaches valuable life skillsPracticing entrepreneurship with our children teaches them more than just the practical skills of running a business.
