The Will Espero Interview - the issue of Kapolei - SuperflyOz for 4/4/2018

The SuperflyOz Podcast puts out a special mid-week edition of the show, featuring part 2 of an interview SuperflyOz had with Hawaii Senator Will Espero. In this episode SuperflyOz asks questions of the Senator relating to the promise of Kapolei/Ewa Plain & the issue of whether land use laws in Hawaii need to be modified or updated from the definition of using lands for the "highest and best use". SuperflyOz then hears from the Senator whether Hawaii is primed to move on many of the ideas that were presented in the interview, and whether there are real leaders in Hawaii that can champion some of those causes.
