The Wolfpack Howls - 2025 Ronde van Vlaanderen - Yves Lampaert

This Sunday is the Ronde van Vlaanderen - a day unmatched in the sporting calendar of Belgium. Amongst the narrow farming roads and cobbled bergs that the riders will tackle in the race, lie legends and myths from the historic editions, that dates back over 100 years. The man that perhaps personifies Flanders most amongst our current roster of riders is Yves Lampert. Growing up near Izegem, Yves went to watch de Ronde every year with his family and it is one of the races that inspired him to become a professional rider. In this episode of the Wolfpack Howls Yves romanticises about those days and that the race means to the Flemish, the highs lows of his 11 seasons with Soudal Quick-Step and what we can expect from this Sunday’s race.
