Misako is an avid hiker in the Olympic Peninsula, and she shares a few of her favorite photos of the area. They engage in a series of natural beauties, from the ocean to the summits of mountains, including Misako's name's meaning - water, sand, and a willow tree girl. Misako is a published author in Japan, now pursuing her new career as a Tiny Habits coach. Tiny Habits is a program developed by Stanford Professor BJ Fogg to help people to cultivate positive behaviors. It is based on the BJ Fogg behavior model.
