Degreasing an Iconic Scene Regan What are the societal impacts of pop culture? What does this scene mean to different audiences? These are the questions we tried to answer when analyzing the scene of the well known song “You’re the One That I Want” from 1978’s hit movie musical Grease. Our names are Regan, Grace, Rosie, Caroline, Kate, and Lia, and we are teens who all adore the movie Grease. We re watched the classic to analyze the implications of one of its most infamous scenes.
