In this episode, I share 3 books that I believe every athlete must read, and the same books that changed my life. I read a lot, and I believe it is one of the most beneficial habits an athlete can have.

I also share some tips on how to incorporate reading into your schedule, and how to make sure you develop the strong habit of reading.
