Our ‘Local Expert’ is the lovely Personal Trainer Neil Sawell – his clients tell me there is no one more supportive and gently motivating when it comes to getting them into the fresh air and fit to live their very best lives. He advises us on how to shake off the January blues and use our natural environment for fun & fitness.
