from The Ron Show · host Ron Roberts

Gas prices are dropping across the nation (you won't hear that on Fox News) but in Georgia, they'll creep back up a few pennies with the expiration of Kemp's gas tax. Let's take a brief review on "how we got here" with pump prices. Wednesday we heard Georgia Senate subcommittee testimony so on this episode, we'll eavesdrop on the House version. Not that it mattered' much like Atlanta City Council ignored the overwhelming testimony against "Cop City," Georgia GOP legislators were always going to do what they wanted to, regardless. This has "special master" written all over it. A class-action suit in Georgia echoing one in Missouri may alter the residential real estate industry with sellers thinking they're saving money fighting what some see as "inflated" commission rates, but hear me (a realtor) out. This is likely to result in a housing market plunge. I'll explain ... On the passing of Henry Kissinger, I invited my good friend, author, historian and Coker University professor of sociology Mal Hyman on. Always an enlightening conversation with Mal.
