Tim Bricker

Tim serves as the President of CommonSpirit's Central Region, overseeing the health system's expansive operations across Arizona, Nevada, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and North Dakota. With a 30-year career in healthcare leadership, he has made a significant impact as a senior executive for both large and small hospitals and as a regional chief executive managing multi-hospital systems in major urban areas throughout the western United States. His tenure includes six impactful years as President & CEO of Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers in Arizona, where he drove transformative growth initiatives, led the development of new hospitals, forged strategic partnerships, and championed operational excellence. Tim's expertise also extends to consulting for two prestigious national firms, where he provided hospitals, health systems, and physician groups across the U.S. with high-level strategic planning and operational improvement. Tim holds a bachelor's degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University and a master's degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan.
