Tiny Shifts = Big Directional Changes

On this episode of The Journaling Guy Podcast, I'm talking about making tiny adjustments. These adjustments, albeit small, if carried out consistently, they WILL lead to BIG CHANGES.

Here's your Journaling Prompt for this episode, and it comes in 3 parts, answer these three questions:

1. Where in my life do I feel slightly off-course?
2. What is the smallest possible shift that would move me 1% closer?
3. What would change if I repeated that shift daily for 30 days?

Once you've answered those 3 questions, it should open you up to a whole new way of thinking about making tiny shifts, leading to big changes.
