Tom Holt and Ilaria Passeri

Tom Holt is the founder of Shrewsbury-based Paso Primero, which makes great wines in Somontano in northern Spain. He tells Janet about his journey, from working at Tanners wine merchants in his hometown to following his dream and making his own wines in Spain.
