Tony Alonso, is a compassionate, and kind human who's desire is to help this next generation of children feel safe, realize their potential, and be a leader they can look up to. He is a social worker, and goes into the fire everyday. He is a true leader who has excelled even though he himself had a learning disability. We talk about his coping, the systems he has in place for his anxiety, and the programs he leads to help children in their everyday lives.
