Today I lend you my practice of releasing others in forgiveness. It is a simple thought exercise that demands courage and faith, but has brought me freedom more times than I can count. It has literally changed my heart toward others, allowed me to lay down heavy burdens of hurt, anger, guilt, and angst... and proven Jesus' kindness and faithfulness again and again.
