Mari Connor’s dad was in the military so she spent several years in Europe while she was growing up. Her parents chose to put her in an international school where she would learn French. She moved to Kansas for junior high and high school and went to the University of Kansas where she earned a degree in French. When she graduated, she moved to Phoenix where she still lives. Her first job there was at an exclusive restaurant where she met the owner of a popular radio station. He eventually hired her to do copywriting and radio ad sales. This job was the foundation of her Facebook advertising business. Now she runs her top Facebook ads business, Marigold Marketing Group, while she travels the globe.
