The one and only Marc Topkins from the Tampa Bay Times calls into The Pat & Aaron Show to talk all things Tampa Bay Rays. Marc explains that the Tampa Bay Rays didn't just want to sign a player just to sign a player, and that that was their plan for this offseason. He also talks about how players like Wander Franco are going to be better this year, as long as they stay healthy.
