In this episode, we speak to Coach Ron Adams, who is an award-winning assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Coach Adams is now in 54th season of coaching and has been with the Warriors since 2014, when he joined the staff of Head Coach Steve Kerr. Since then, the Warriors have built one of the NBA’s most remarkable dynasties, making the playoffs in six of eight seasons and winning four championships. Coach Adams has left a considerable imprint on basketball, having not only made a name for himself as a stellar defensive strategist, but also because he wholeheartedly embraces his role as a seed-planting senior statesmen of the game. So please listen in as I ask Coach Adams about his thoughts on the state of the NBA today, the influence great mentors can have, and the power of sports.
