Trailer Guts on the Table (formerly) Leave Your Toxic Relationship Do you feel trapped in a relationship that drained your spirit and left you questioning your worth? Are you exhausted from living in emotional confusion, self-doubt, and survival mode? Do you know something is wrong — but can’t seem to trust yourself enough to leave? Guts on the Table is a faith-centered, trauma-aware podcast for women who have experienced emotional abuse, narcissistic dynamics, and codependency — and are ready to reclaim clarity, safety, and freedom. This podcast cuts through the lies, names destructive patterns, and integrates biblical truth with nervous system education so you can stop blaming yourself and start healing with discernment. Here, we talk about: • Gaslighting and narcissistic abuse • Codependency and boundary loss • Nervous system survival responses • Trauma bonding and self-doubt • Healing without spiritual bypassing • Freedom without shame or pressure to reconcile My mission is to help women leave toxic relationships by addressing what keeps them stuck — not by telling them to “try harder,” but by restoring identity, agency, and truth through God’s eyes. I’m Amy — a Jesus-loving mom and overcomer. My story includes childhood abuse, abandonment, sexual trauma, and a pattern of emotionally unavailable and abusive relationships. For years, I searched for love in broken places and kept ending up more disconnected from myself. Through intensive healing work, trauma therapy, and a deep return to faith, I learned how to break free from codependency and stop confusing endurance with love. Healing didn’t happen overnight — but freedom became possible when my mind, body, and faith aligned. This podcast is for the woman who is ready to stop surviving and start living. Grounded in truth, supported by God, and no longer defined by the harm she endured. If you’re ready to choose God as your source instead of a broken relationship, you’re in the right place. It’s time to break the chains and pop the confetti!
