Transformational Healing™ session: Hope

Solo Transformational Healing™ episode!  If you have never experienced Transformational Healing™ before, this is a neuroscience and spirituality-based method of trauma healing that I created when I was at my lowest. It has helped thousands of people. Today, we are going to focus on bringing some hope back into our lives. The political situation, the winter, the general malaise of the world right now has many of us feeling all the feels.
