En diciembre del año pasado el Ministerio para la #Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico (#MITECO) publicó, tras haber sido aprobada en el Consejo de Ministros,  la Hoja de Ruta del Autoconsumo en España y este documento será por tanto el eje central de la tertulia. La periodista Julia Elizalde es la directora y presentadora del programa. Colabora con el espacio CENER, el Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables.
