Ron DeSantis immediately enacted a law to quash the notorious lawsuit abuse. Florida Trucking Association CEO Alix Miller was instrumental in launching a multifaceted campaign enlisting help from members in alerting state lawmakers about the detrimental impact of long-standing frivolous litigation.
