Wilkerson made the comments Nov. 3 in an interview with Transport Topics reporter Connor Wolf. RXO officially became a stand-alone company on Nov. 1. It marks the second major spinoff for XPO Logistics, whose contract logistics business became GXO Logistics in August 2021.
