I have been down and out for almost two weeks now and today I wake up to a comment on a reel of mine. Today we talk about how an opinion isn't fact, and how you don't get an opinion if you are talking about someone's personal trauma. You never know if someone is struggling and that your comment could be the final straw in someone's mental health journey. Luckily, I am a strong human being and these types of comments are used to transmute negativity and turn it into helping.
