Every week here on The Hard Shoulder we like to give you a bit of inspiration for your travel plans and as it's summertime it means we are gearing up for Festival season.Many of you will be familiar with some of the bigger Irish festivals so this week Michelle Jackson of the Novel Traveller picked out a range of fun festivals from across Europe
