Summary

Hello fellow Humans! Today's episode requires a "Trigger Warning"; as it deals with both the psychological and cultural definitions of triggering. Although this conversation isn't from a licensed therapist; the goal is to create awareness concerning the sufferings of traumas and perhaps, provide some helpful solutions toward enduring them when they return to visit our psyches. There's hope for us yet and hopefully, this episode is able to help point us in that direction.
