Harvey allegedly killed his wife and the Duperrault family aboard the ship "Bluebelle" and then deliberately sank the boat, all for insurance money. The sole survivor, 11-year-old Terry Jo Duperrault, was found adrift on a raft days later and her testimony exposed Harvey's crimes.
