Tuesday, July 30, 2024 - A 'political sucker punch'

from The Ron Show · host Ron Roberts

What Donald Trump and JD Vance are saying on the campaign trail or in TV interviews doesn't match what Vance, at least, is telling donors about the state of the race now that Kamala Harris is atop the Democratic Party ticket. The Washington Post obtained audio of JD telling donors they got sucker punched. Trump's complained on Truth Social the Republican Party should get reimbursed - get this - for "fraud." The gall. Prior to Kamala Harris' Atlanta rally, polls were already tightening (more on that on Wednesday's show) but we'll go over a bit more of that and wander slightly into the Georgia Voter Cancellation Portal quandary, too. Oh and the hyperventilating on the right over the Opening Ceremonies! Listen as I hone in on one right-wing radio show host's Facebook screed - and his audience's chiming in, too.
