Turning pages with Lani Hanfiro & our first Cosy Read

from Cosy Reads · host Rhema Media

Welcome to this first episode of Cosy Reads! I'm joined by Lani Hanfiro, a librarian's daughter who grew up around books, had a bit of a reading hiatus and just started to get back into books again! We discuss how our love for reading started, share the first books that got us into reading, and then take a look at October's Cosy Read.  If you want to join the book club and read this book alongside us, it's Nightweaver by R.M. Gray. A YA fantasy that’s like Pirates of the Caribbean meets Gothic Downtown Abbey, but with a dark, magical twist. Grab a copy of the book at your local library or bookstore and get reading! We'll be doing a deep dive into the book in episode 2, out later this month. We’ve also started a Facebook group and would love for you to join the community – go to cosyreads.nz to join. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
