In this episode, I come back to the situation that happened out here in Las Vegas where two teens struck and killed a retired police chief while he was riding his bike. The two teens were in court and were seen laughing, giggling, and smiling at each other. They even flipped off the victim's family during the hearing. They clearly don't understand the amount of trouble that they're in. But check this one out. I appreciate it.
