Two mental health patients escape and allegedly kill

Two men escaped from New South Wales mental health facilities within 24 hours of each other and allegedly killed multiple people. Luke Peter Francis, 31, broke out of Cumberland Hospital's mental health ward using a stolen staff access card before allegedly stealing a car and killing two people in Camden during a police pursuit.
