Two woke parole bills on track to pass in NY would free violent offenders from prisons

from The Tara Show

In the second segment of Hour 2, The Tara Show explored the intersection of global instability and local political friction, highlighting a reported economic collapse in Iran alongside growing tensions within the South Carolina Republican Party. Tara critiqued state leaders for their sluggishness on redistricting, suggesting this legislative "political vacuum" invited external influence, including strategic power plays by China. The segment concluded by questioning systemic security failures and the lack of federal accountability regarding repeated lapses in protection for Donald Trump.

00:06 Folks, two woke bills, both on track to pass in the New York legislature would free the most violent, the most vile serial killers, cop killers in New York's prisons, of the violence of their crimes or even how many people they kill. 00:34 Folks, this is where we are now with Democrats. They believe that the most violent people on earth should not only be in the United States, because they've let them in, but they should be walking around. 00:47 Like the guy last week, Democrat judge let him out. He already had a deportation order and an extradition order because he's wanted for murder. He's wanted for murder in his home country. Judge said, no, can't deport him, let him go. And in her order, she blocked ICE from picking him up. So he's just walking around. He's an illegal immigrant. They're not even happy having them here where they can vote from jail. They've got to be out. They've got to be free. 01:16 And now they're scouring the jails for more people they can free. I don't know why, they're just evil. 01:22 Democrats, I mean. 01:25 Some of the most infamous killers in history, including John Lennon's assassin, Mark David Chapman, and son of Sam, famed serial killer David Berkowitz, could soon be free in New York if Albany, that's where their legislature is, passes a pair of woke parole bills that look like they'll pass. The elder parole bill would let violent criminals dodge their minimum sentences. 01:51 Regardless of how heinous their crimes, the bill is specific about that, the parole board cannot consider how heinous the crime was, how many they killed, none of that. The only thing you can consider is their behavior in jail and uh if they would no longer be a danger to society, that is determined by their behavior in jail. All you gotta do is serve 15 years of your sentence and be 55. Okay, folks. 02:20 You look at someone like, again, son of Sam, he committed his murders with a gun. 02:28 He injured seven, killed six. He would be eligible for this. And probably would get out because get this, Texter pointed this out. 02:39 He's repented and become a minister in prison. Oh, he's going out the door. He gonna pick up a gun the second he gets out. 02:52 Folks, the bad thing is we just wall off New York. 02:56 We can be safe, but these killers aren't gonna be contained by state lines. 03:03 I don't understand people who vote for this. I don't understand not wanting to be safe. The elder parole bill would let violent criminals dodge their minimum sentences. And again, the parole board would not be allowed to consider the violence or heinousness of their crimes, how many they killed, how violent it was. A second bill called the Fair and Timely Parole Bill would require the state parole board to release convicts regardless of the severity of their crimes, unless they are a 03:33 current danger to the public. And that would be judged by their behavior in prison. if they behave well, out the door they go. Both bills could result in the release of vicious killers even if they were sentenced to life in prison and even if they are serial killers. 03:53 Consider some of the most heinous and noteworthy people in prison today. They will undoubtedly be released within the next two years if these bills are signed into law. The fair and timely parole bills lead sponsors are radical socialist state senator Julia Salazar and assemblyman David Weepin. Yep, somebody with me crying. Weepin. These guys get out. 04:20 The legislation makes it much easier for jail birds to be set free provided they're model prisoners no matter how bloodthirsty their crime. You know what they call this? Listen to this. The People's Campaign for Parole Justice, folks. This is communism. They're not even hiding it. The People's Campaign for Parole Justice.
