Unapologetically Me

Welcome to the podcast! Join me for my very first episode. I start at the beginning and tell you how this idea came to be, why this topic is important to me and my own journey, and will fill you in on what you are going to hear in future episodes. I touch briefly on my career as a teacher and how, because I let it, it became my entire identity to the point where I completely lost myself.
