Unbinding the Body (The segment that changed it all)

Welcome, friends! It is officially time to launch this episode, we have been dying to share with you …  Unbinding the Body: Soma Stories  We're so excited to share the story of "Unbinding the Body" from our recent Body Base Camp experience at Kripalu in the summer of 2024.  This was a truly transformative and sacred event, where we invited 9 incredible speakers to share their stories through embodied artistic expression. This was far from your grandma's speaking gig!!  From movement and dance, to drumming, poetry, and spoken word - each speaker poured their heart and soul into this immersive 3-hour segment. The energy in the room was electric, as the speakers and attendees became co-creators in this powerful experience. We're considering releasing the recording of "Unbinding the Body" to the public, but want to ensure we protect the integrity and sacredness of what unfolded.  If you'd be interested in accessing this recording, please leave a review and let us know!!
