This week our guest (Mark Smith) elaborates on the process of making progressive movement, a clear direction from point A to point B.

According to him, the process means the different things we go through in life.

To properly understand this, he gives an analogy with the cake. He points out that the process represents the ingredients that go into making a cake.

Though different individuals have their preferences with the cake, they certainly don't have the luxury of choosing what to go through in life.

To make progress and grow in life requires four important things he stresses, they are Accountability, Integrity, Responsibility and Respect. (AIRR)

This episode is carefully outlined with acronyms that will help you understand and retain the vital points he shares.
