Ontario has banned gatherings of more than five people and are heavily encouraging everyone to stay home.  The Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre already has its fair share of issues, so what happens when you throw a pandemic into the mix? According to the union representing correctional officers and staff in the province, members are concerned about a lack of measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Chis Jackel, Ontario corrections division MERC co-chair for the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU), joins Mike Stubbs to discuss.
