UNMASK the MANIPULATOR - with special guest Dr. George Simon

from Here's The Thing...Lauren Cardinale, CMS-CHt, FIBH, CPC · host Lauren Cardinale, CMS-CHt, FIBH, CPC

Victims of covert aggression (manipulation) don't often know why they feel so badly. They only know that they feel confused, anxious, or depressed. Gradually, however, they come to understand how dealing with a certain person in their lives makes them feel crazy. They get mad at them, but for some reason, end up feeling guilty themselves. They confront them about their behavior, only to end up on the defensive. Nothing they try seems to make things better. In the end, dealing with this person leaves them feeling confused, exploited and abused. Despite the fact that victims may be intelligent, resourceful and creative, most of the ways they've tried to understand and cope with the manipulative behaviors weren't getting them anywhere, and some things make matters worse. Tonight, with special guest, author Dr. George K. Simon, learn a new way to understand the character of manipulative people and be able to identify manipulative behavior WHEN IT OCCURS, to reduce the opportunities of being victimized.
