Update on Lugatober roadworks with end in sight

Development works on the N16 Lugatober road aim to be substantially completed before the end of October or November.The roadworks have been taking place for an extensive period of time, as a realignment scheme was undertaken on the route.The mainline surfacing has been completed, but there are a number of amendments still to made which will have traffic management remaining in place.Sligo-Drumcliff Independent Cllr Marie Casserly provided an update on the ongoing works:
