US says seized oil tanker was 'flying false flag'

The United States has seized a Venezuela-linked oil tanker after a more than two-week-long pursuit across the Atlantic. The US has said that it deemed the tanker to be stateless "after flying a false flag". We get the latest on this with Rear Admiral Dr Chris Parry, Former Nato and Naval Commander.
