Utah Declared War on VPNs (Here's Why It'll Backfire)

from Techlore on Odysee · host Techlore

Utah just passed SB73, the first law in the US to take direct aim at VPNs, and it already went into effect May 6th. The law requires adult content sites to verify the age of every Utah user even if they're using a VPN (aka...everyone!) which experts say is technically impossible to comply with without verifying every person on earth. This is a blueprint other states are watching, and VPNs just became a legal target.🔗 SOURCES & LINKS• Article: https://www.kuer.org/politics-government/2026-05-07/utahs-online-porn-age-verification-law-now-includes-vpns-critics-say-it-wont-work• Bill: https://le.utah.gov/~2026/bills/static/SB0073.html• Contact Reps: https://www.house.gov/• Proton VPN Kickback Link: https://go.getproton.me/SH1Ip• Proton VPN Link: https://protonvpn.com/• VPN Chart: https://techlore.tech/vpn🔎 RELATED VIDEOShttps://youtu.be/cuLdd07P1IIhttps://youtu.be/RPc869MO86k🧡 SUPPORT TECHLORE• Become a Techlorian: https://techlore.tech/support/#/portal/signup• All Support Methods: https://techlore.tech/support/🔐 MORE FROM TECHLORE• Homepage & Newsletter: https://techlore.tech• Our Course, Go Incognito: https://techlore.tech/go-incognito-course/• Privacy Tools: https://privacytools.techlore.tech/• VPN Comparison Chart: https://vpn.techlore.tech/⏱️ TIMESTAMPS00:00 INTRO00:27 HOW WE GOT HERE01:33 WHY IT'S UNWORKABLE07:04 THIS IS THE TEMPLATE11:13 ACTION STEPS#utah #vpn #techlore...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgGGRF-T26A
