Dr. LaSalle is a board certified Family Physician in Spokane, Washington. She is passionate about prevention, community health, and education. Her 2019 book, Let’s Talk Vaccines: A Clinician’s Guide to Addressing Vaccine Hesitancy and Saving Lives, is aimed at helping her fellow health care providers find greater success in caring for vaccine-hesitant patients. Dr. LaSalle has a bachelors degree in biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and did her medical training at Tulane University School of Medicine. She did her residency training in Family Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU, which is here in Portland and where I delivered my youngest daughter). She is also a Clinical Associate Professor for the Washington State University Elson S.
