There's so much pressure surrounding Valentine's Day.

This pressure to be romantic evokes negative emotions in others who are just not in the mood to feel the love in the air.

However, you can transform this day into an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and with others.

Tune in to this episode: Valentine's Day Tips That Don't Suck

Key points covered in this episode:

✔️ Watch what's coming up. How do you feel about this holiday? Be with it  for a bit. Play some music that aligns with the emotions you feel. And truly feel them. Let them move through you.

✔️ Reach out. Is there anyone you really want to connect with? Send a Valentine's Day text. Call that person.

✔️ React upon your desires. Allow yourself from a loving place to choose an action that goes with what you feel. Practice moving in the direction of what you want. You have the power to decide how you respond to it.

✔️ Give yourself permission to be where you are. This is an external expression of self-love. And it doesn't always look like bubble baths and wine. It's taking action that actually backs yourself.
